By accessing or using the Frez platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. About Frez
Frez Shopping Inc. ("Frez", "we", "our") operates an online marketplace connecting customers in British Columbia, Canada with local farms and producers. We facilitate the sale and delivery of fresh, locally sourced food products.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a delivery area we service to place orders through Frez. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders placed through Frez are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available within our designated service areas in British Columbia. Delivery schedules and windows are provided at checkout. Frez is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather or road conditions.
6. Refunds & Returns
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@frez.ca. We will assess each situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse our Service, including but not limited to: submitting fraudulent orders, impersonating other users, or attempting to disrupt the platform's operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service.
