How to Place an Order
Follow these simple steps to get fresh produce delivered to your door.
Step 1
Create an Account
Sign up for a free Frez account by clicking "Create Account" at the top of the page. You'll need your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
Step 2
Browse & Add to Cart
Head to the Shop page to explore our fresh, locally sourced products. Click on any item to view details, then tap "Add to Cart" to add it to your order.
Step 3
Proceed to Checkout
When you're ready, go to your Cart and click "Proceed to Checkout". Confirm your delivery address and any special instructions, then enter your payment details securely via Stripe.
Step 4
Receive Your Order
After placing your order, you'll receive SMS updates at every stage — from confirmation to out-for-delivery. Fresh produce, straight to your door!
